Bottle planner

Water bottle refill calculator

Turn a daily water goal into the bottle count you can actually follow: full fills, partial bottle, what is left today, and a simple refill schedule.

Quick answer

Divide a daily beverage plan in millilitres by bottle size. For a chosen 2,600 ml plan and a 710 ml bottle, that is 3 full fills plus 470 ml. This is planning arithmetic, not a measured drinking requirement.

Frequently asked

How many times should I refill my water bottle?

It depends on your daily water goal and bottle size. Divide your goal in millilitres by your bottle size in millilitres, then spread those fills across the day.

Should I count a partial bottle?

Yes. If your plan says 3.6 fills, that means three full bottles plus about 60% of one more bottle.

Is a large bottle better than small glasses?

A bottle can be easier to remember because the target is visible. The safer rule is still pacing: avoid drinking very large amounts quickly.
