Frequently asked

How many times should I refill my water bottle?

It depends on your daily water goal and bottle size. Divide your goal in millilitres by your bottle size in millilitres, then spread those fills across the day.

Should I count a partial bottle?

Yes. If your plan says 3.6 fills, that means three full bottles plus about 60% of one more bottle.

Is a large bottle better than small glasses?

A bottle can be easier to remember because the target is visible. The safer rule is still pacing: avoid drinking very large amounts quickly.
