WDG-2026.09 - Current baseline

2026-09-05: WaterDailyGoal uses 33 ml/kg for a beverage planning estimate. The 30–40 ml/kg scenarios and activity/climate coefficients are site assumptions, not validated personal requirements or NAM/EFSA formulas.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and GLP-1 medicines do not automatically change this estimate. Population total-water references include food; they are not minimum drinking doses. Follow individual clinical advice.

2026-06 trust update

Added visible formula versioning, a no-fake-reviewer editorial policy, WHO and NHS context, noindex handling for non-indexable utilities, and a dedicated share/API layer so result pages, OG cards, and JSON output all use the same calculation.

When this page changes

We update this changelog when calculation logic changes, source assumptions change, safety wording materially changes, or a new output channel such as the public API or share-card route begins using the formula.
