La fórmula, paso a paso

  1. Base: peso en kg x 0.033 L.
  2. Actividad: sumamos más líquido según el movimiento diario.
  3. Clima: ajustamos a la baja en fresco y al alza con calor.
  4. Etapa de vida y GLP-1: aplicamos suelos conservadores.

El resultado es una meta diaria para beber. La comida suele aportar una parte adicional de agua, pero mantenemos el titular centrado en lo que realmente bebes.
